Veneers

Veneers are thin shells of different special types of porcelain (Empress, 3G or Zirconia, Feldspathic) that are cemented on with a bonding technique to the front portion of the teeth. Veneers are minimal invasive compare to a full crown coverage which requires a moderate amount to tooth reduction or grinding. Veneers can be fabricated to correct and mask chipped, stained, poorly shaped, and misaligned teeth. Veneers can give you a dramatic beautiful attractive new smile. Veneers bonding cement is technique sensitive. For some patient, due to structural defect of a tooth, veneers bonding cement may not Veneer Dentalwork well and will require full crown coverage. Veneers may or may not require tooth reduction of 0.5mm to 1mm on the front portion of the tooth. Veneers are resistant to staining or discoloration overtime. In some cases, we may recommend to correct poorly aligned teeth prior to veneers preparation with orthodontic or Invisalign to reduce excessive tooth structure reduction.
